Payments
Payment for Trips
When students start in Year 7, parents/carers are given the opportunity to set up a direct debit payment to make equal monthly payments to cover the cost of all trips throughout the five years. Or, if they prefer, they can pay for each trip as it occurs.
Social Fund
A voluntary contribution of £1.00 per week is requested for the social fund. This money is used to provide drinks and snacks for our students and to contribute towards merit awards. Parents can pay at the beginning of each half-term or, if they prefer, send £1.00 in at the start of each week.
Breakfast Club
The Magic Breakfast Club runs every day from 8.50 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. For 50p per day students can have a bowl of cereal or toast and a drink, and for 80p per day they can have a bacon or sausage sandwich and a drink. Payment is collected on a daily basis.

For those students who are not entitled to free school meals, a charge of £2.40 per day is made. Students are given a choice of hot and cold main meal and a dessert. Payment can be made in advance at the beginning of each half-term or, by sending in £12.00 at the beginning of each week.
Online Payment for School Lunches
Parents are able to pay for school lunches and other school items on an online payment system called School Money. Parents receive an email inviting registration and explaining how to log into School Money when their child has started school at St Hugh's. The link is:
