Payments & Lettings

This page contains information for parents relating to payments for school activities, the hire of school equipment and the lettings of school facilities.

Payments

Payment for Trips

When students start in Year 7, parents/carers are given the opportunity to set up a direct debit payment to make equal monthly payments to cover the cost of all trips throughout the five years.  Or, if they prefer, they can pay for each trip as it occurs.

Social Fund

A voluntary contribution of 75p per week is requested for the social fund.  This money is used to provide drinks and snacks for our students and to contribute towards merit awards.  Parents can pay at the beginning of each half-term or, if they prefer, send 75p in at the start of each week.

School Lunch Costs

For those students who are not entitled to free school meals, a charge of £2.40 per day is made.  Students are given a choice of hot and cold main meal and a dessert.  Payment can be made in advance at the beginning of each half-term or, by sending in £12.00 at the beginning of each week.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club runs every day from 8.50 a.m. to 9.15 a.m.   For 50p per day students can have a bowl of cereal or toast and a drink, and for 80p per day they can have a bacon or sausage sandwich and a drink.  Payment is collected on a daily basis.
